Cost-benefit ratio is good, very close (10 min) to Tlayacapan and Oaxtepec downtown by car. Parking lot is not big but at reception they serve as valet for your car. Wi-fi is a bit slow (around 10Mb/s).

Buena opción cara en costo comida.
En general bien, el equipo del hotel es muy eficiente, pero hace falta un poco de personal, la comunicación con el hotel no la pude lograr por teléfono. El precio mostrado y el precio total real hay una diferencia de un 40% más, lo cual fue una sorpresa grande.

El personal muy atento pero las chapas de las habitaciones un verdadero problema, durante mi estancia de dos días tuve que estar reportando en varias ocasiones que no podía abrir y resulta que la combinación “aleatoria” para abrir la puerta la sabía hasta el chico que mueve los carros. No me sentí segura en ningún momento y dormí con una silla recargada en la puerta.
