Comfortable and clean rooms close to Bryce Canyon. Restaurant next door, which is very convenient for breakfast and dinner. Excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful time in Bryce National Park and came home to our nice clean, comfortable room both nights. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It is a short drive to the town and then a couple more miles to the park. It's a great location that has a wonderful restaurant. Our meals were delicious and portions were so large that we couldn't finish. So happy we stayed here.

The cottage was very nice and quiet, a perfect place to relax after a long day of driving. The food at the restaurant was excellent, the best local trout I’ve ever had! Plus, it’s pet friendly, a bonus!

The pool was not available during our stay, which was disappointing. The rooms were clean; bathroom was adequate . Or friend's refrigerator was bigger than ours (in room 105) so between us we had enough room to store our food. Conveniently located to BC Nat'l Pk. Excellent restaurant next to the motel. It was quiet. No noisy fellow guests at the motel.

One of the worst places to stay in. The room was not as pictured; we had booked a Comfort Room with 1 Queen Bed, but it was not at all as shown. The room was filthy, with large stains on the carpet and a strange odor. We booked this as a last-minute adjustment to our itinerary and regret it. For the money we spent, it was far too expensive. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The location is great and it was nice to have a restaurant on site. However, other than the trout and blueberry pie the food was mediocre. And the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The lobby was almost bare and our cabin was very dated.

The property has some very old rooms and some much newer ones in the new building with the lobby. We stayed in an older room that had been renovated. The room was clean and spacious, but we found the shower to be very cramped (we had to duck our head to get in). Also, the room smelled like campfire smoke from a previous guest burning something in the microwave. We arrived after 5pm, so the lobby was closed and there was nobody to speak with about it.

The TV was not working properly when we arrived but the maintenance man knows a bit about information technology in addition to the usual plumbing and carpentry. TV works after just a few minutes. The place is a pretty good deal given the location.

Booked here because reviews were decent and had a “Very good” hotel rating. Checking was fine but front office closed at 630, which made it impossible to get ice at 9pm or ask questions if we had them. When we got to our room which was supposed to be a Deluxe Room, it was not. Nothing like picture advertised. It was clean enough but it was like stepping into a college dorm room with tiny old bathroom and sink in room. Needs major update if advertising Deluxe Room.

We had a king room with an electric fireplace that had nice ambiance and gave off some heat. Bed comfortable. Location is convenient to Bryce, about 10 minutes drive. The room was not in the main part of the hotel. It was in the row of rooms you can conveniently drive up to near the restaurant. The only downside was that cell service was very low and the WiFi did not work well. The WiFi in the restaurant was great so we walked over there to download our alltrails maps.
Food at restaurant onsite was good. Breakfast is not included.

It was a decent stay for one night, not many options and dining was closed for the season
