Great for a one night stay
Great property within walking distance of Rosebank Mall. Smaller rooms though with no air conditioning but it was not hot during our stay. Nice kitchen. Had ironing facilities which we loved. But furniture starting to look a bit dated. Oh…and we were changed rooms, which was a bit of a bother.

My apartment was over the generator exhaust pipe which meant the living room was smokey at times. I had booked for 3 weeks and continuously asked to change apartments after the first four days. They didn’t manage this and the only information I received was that there might be a room ‘next week’. Couch and mattress where aged and saggy, all other amenities where good. Good location but fairly loud.

Location is just a couple of minutes' walk from the restaurants and shops of Rosebank mall. You get a whole apartment for the cost of a hotel room. Clean, tidy. Friendly staff at the building reception. Netflix provided.

This is an exceptional place. Extremely well located just a few steps away from the Zone at Rosebank Mall. Apartments are great, spacious, clean. The best however the people in charge of the property, they were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me! Will definitely come back

The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available The access is safe and secure and it was easy to find. The communication with the host was impeccable and fast from booking all the way till we checked out. He gave us lots of tips and information on the area. This property is conveniently located to shopping and dining areas. Parking is easy to access. If you are looking for a convenient location to shopping and dining, this place is really just few minutes walk away from all. On my next stopover, I would choose this property once again. The booking and reception is not the same people as the owner. They need more friendliness and helpfulness. However, once we booked in and made contact with the manager of the residence we have been assisted, attended to and enjoyed the clean environment on the doorstep of the Rosebank mall.

The place was close to the mall, literally across the street. The area was walkable and safe. I was able to do my morning run around the area and felt very peaceful. This area doesn’t represent Joburg at all, but it’s a good place to use as a home base to come back to and feel comfy. The shower door in the outside bathroom is a bit funny, doesn’t quite block in the water, something that can be improved on.
