It was perfect. Perfect location, close to everything. Well lit, staff was very responsive. Super easy and fast check-in/out. Smooth transaction. Bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. My room was #707. Didn’t hear a thing throughout the night. The only think I would “improve” if would be the toilet l(it was kind of low) lol (I am 6’2 tall) and I felt like I was doing squats lol. Besides that, 100/100. I will stay here again next time I am in SFO.

Gem on Union Square
The Chancellor is a gem. Perfect location for transportation and easily walkable to many other locations. The staff was warm and welcoming and the amenities in the lobby (coffee, spa water, apples, homemade cookies) were fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I'll definitely staff here again!

Awesome Stay in the heart of SF!!!
We were allowed to check in early which was pretty cool. The hotel itself is perfectly located if you wanna walk the streets of SF. We came over on the train from Berkeley and came up onto Powell street and hopped on the Cable Car that put us off right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and cozy. Bed was comfy and big enough for a rather tall couple. Staff were super nice and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome Hotel at Union Square
Perfect location. Really cool well maintained interior and exterior classic style brick building. Nice clean rooms in great condition. What really stands out is their pillow room service with lots of options and something for every need. Very friendly staff and a really cool lobby. Affordable parking nearby. We will definitely come back to the Chancellor
