A Good Hotel
Me and my fiancé find that our stay was good. The restaurant The flamingo restaurant was excellent. The food was good and the drinks was good. We didn't really get to do too much but we enjoyed our stay. And II would come back there with family just to experience it with them.

Very basic hotel. Not very happy with their "resort fee" because of their waterslide. Staffing is basic, so you're not getting much for the resort fee. If you have kids, may be a good place to let the kids roam but as a couple weekend to enjoy Kissimmee and Orlando, not ideal for the price.

The room wasnt clean it was small pieces of trash on the floor. The bathroom had hair on the floor and we found a spider in the bathroom on the ceiling behind the door and an ant crawling on the floor.

Do not go here
Needs a major upgrade, pretty sure we had bed bugs. Tv didn’t work- only had 4 channels. Very dirty, nothing worked and then workers were on you about everything. Couldn’t eat inside the waterpark, couldn’t use the umbrellas on a hot day…kids were running around upstairs late at night and you could hear everything. just overall not a good stay.
