Wonderful boutique hotel
The Ruby Louise is a boutique design hotel with nice sized rooms, comfy beds and a 24 hour bar which also serves as a check in area. There is a wonderful outdoor terrace as well which looks like it would be greatly enjoyed in warmer weather. It's very centrally located right behind the Madison Avenue of Frankfurt and a short walk to the more reasonably priced shopping streets and historic center with all its classic cafes and heritage buildings. Highly recommend!

Funky Little Place!
Really neat hotel and perfect place to stay with a friend before embarking on a river cruise. We each got our own single room which was wonderful after the long flight from Atlanta. Decent food at the hotel bar. Kind of weird check in procedure (at the bar) but overall a great place!

Arrived at 7:00 am and was able to checkin to a different room for 10 euros! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bar is really nice. The rooms are cute with the best shower ever! Great location -close to Christmas markets and shopping mall! Easy to get to from airport by train too!

Every single staff I've met was kind, gentle and professional. Facility also great. Room was nice and clean also modern. Heating system also works very well. Bed, pillow and blanket also clean, nice and cozy. Overall, better than any other 4~5 stars hotel for me.

Very good location walkable to Christmas market. All luxury brand stores are step away. We love our room tall ceiling with a lot of space, nicest rain shower by far. You should know pretty much self check in and check out. Nice bar decor. Craft drink was delicious. Service are average at the bar.

I had a great stay while I was in Frankfurt. Very clean and quaint room for me as a solo traveler. Great location near shopping and the Christmas markets. Interesting check-in process with no front desk. But would've been no problem if I hadn't just travelled for 24 hrs to get there! Ha. But everything was great and would recommend to stay here!
