I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!

Thanks Mr Khalil of reservation for all the assistance with room requests, transportation arrangement with Mr Sidik (he is the best to bring us around) and special Birthday celebration dinner arrangement. Checkin without explanation of the facilities. Poor breakfast food quality. Housekeeping not properly organized. Asked for preparing the day bed during checkin, in evening still not done. We checked in with 2 adults and 2 kids. Found 2 shower towels in the room only. Kids of other guests using the pool in normal clothes and washed off their make up from kids club face painting in the pool, needed to remind the pool staff the proper pool rules. Second day our room was not made up, asked reception to make up, 3 hours later still not made up. We used this hotel on our way back from north lombok 2 days prior our return flight. At the end we used the Pullman facilities and restaurant next door instead as we felt of much better quality and service.

Beautiful ethnic design and innovative layout of the rooms and private and semi private villas with individual pools. Great for families. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Food was good, delicious breakfast buffet. Above ground pool was beautiful and had a lovely view but not great for swimming, only accessible by steps. Beach was beautiful but annoying to be constantly approached by street sellers. We walked to the nearby hill with stunning views of both the ocean and the Madalika racetrack. Very annoying listening to the sounds from the race track. Hills and beach beside the racetrack was shockingly littered with plastics and general garbage.

We love this property it’s our third time here but it doesn’t seem as good as it used to be. Both our sinks were clogged and the stoppers were dirty. The restaurant has gotten super pricey and the service charge is twice other hotels. Breakfast was good but very limited in choice and quantity. For the price we hope for better.

My stay at Novotel was last minute, due to travel issues between Jakarta and Bali. I wish I would have spent my entire time at Novotel. The beach was amazing and staff incredible. Do not stay at this hotel
The worst chain hotel I ever stayed! We booked this hotel at first because we thought it was a safe choice, as it is part of the Novotel hotel chain. Turns out that this was the worst experience we could’ve imagine. The room smelled like mold, the room really could use a renovation, and the breakfast food was not good. The hotel is very old and I am surprised it is still on business. Please do not stay there! Waste of money.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Das Novotel Lombok ist ein sehr familienfreundliches Hotel. Wir wohnten in einer Deluxe-Villa mit Shared Pool. Diese Zimmerwahl war einfach fantastisch. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr groß. Wir hatten eine möblierte Terrasse und zwei Sonnenliegen am Pool, den wir uns mit weiteren fünf Villen teilten. Oft waren wir jedoch allein am und im Pool. Das gesamte Resort ist überaus gut gepflegt mit vielen kleinen Details. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Hotelstrand ist sauber. Bei Ebbe kann man im Watt weite Spaziergänge unternehmen. Für uns wichtig ist es, an dieser Stelle den Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit - eine Autorennbahn - zu erwähnen. Diese befindet sich nicht weit vom Hotel und somit sind die Geräusche jeden Tag zu hören (auch im Spa bei einer Massage). Vielleicht stört es die meisten Gäste nicht. Doch da wir privat sehr ruhig leben, haben wir dies als störend empfunden.

Hôtel très agréable, donnant accès à une belle plage (mais pas terrible pour se baigner, entre les algues, la marrée souvent basse, et les petits insectes qui vous piquent dans l'eau). Le village de Kuta est accessible en vélo ou mobylette, environ 10 minutes. La plage de Kuta pour surfer est accessible à pied, un joli spot, mais bien pollué par les ordures malheureusement. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée, très agréable moment de vacances.
