The property was beautiful, bellboy's were amazing and helpful. The reception staff and spa staff were arrogant. The food quality was bad, we received pieces of plastic in our sauce and taste of the food doesn't justify the price.

Hidden Gem

The perfect start to our Bali adventure after a long flight. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout (including sorting out our luggage that was stuck in Singapore) and the aptly named The View Restaurant was just that and along with the infinity pools provided stunning views and sunsets. The Senses spa is also worth a visit. All in all a wonderful experience.

The views from the pool and restaurant were amazing. The best sunsets. Lovely food and lovely staff. A perfect hotel to relax in and although it wasn’t walkable to restaurants the hotel has a shuttle bus which was great.

The rooms were very comfortable, we stayed in nina5. Great place to rest your head and roomy bathroom. The pools were beautiful. The staff were great and very accommodating. The food was delicious and wonderfully prepared but it took a long time. The location is a little ways from the beach. It with a scooter rental is only 5 minutes away. Dreamland beach only 8 minutes away and both are fabulous! Hit them at low tide for best surf and both have board rentals

Relaxed atmosphere and stunning views

Great hotel with a stunning view and pool area. Very relaxing vibe. Beds are quite hard. Only downside with the hotel is that it’s not possible to order grab or online taxi pickups because there’s a taxi mafia on the hotel’s street which makes things a bit more complicated (or more expensive if you choose the taxi mafia).

Comfy with Good View

Biu Biu is a excellent resort with stunning sea horizon view and the open bath (required prior reservation) with sunset view is great. There is also a small private beach with nice wave. Restaurent for breakfast and dinner are lovely. We will definitely come back again in Bali.

The property is beautifully set on a cliff. The pools are lovely. Breakfast is very good Transportation could be problematic as they don't allow Grab(Indonesia's Uber) to pick up and the hotel's rates for Transportation are triple. Friendly staff.

A beautiful spot

A fab stay with an amazing private pool. It's a beautiful setting. There isn't too much around but after a long haul flight we were happy to just chill and get over the jet lag. The food wasn't the best and we would have preferred more local options.

Beautiful cliff-top resort

Fantastic stay at this rustic, cliff-top resort. Staff were exceptional with frequent check in to ensure we were having a good stay. The View restaurant is perched atop the cliff face and forges panoramic views of Kuta and the Indian Ocean. Food, drinks and service all great. I’d booked a forest room with dipping pool, but was upgraded on arrival to ocean view bungalow (no.22) with infinity pool. The room is rustic and a little basic, but that’s the charm. Bed is comfortable and bathroom big. The first night was very windy and wet - heavy storm - with some water leaking into the room, but nothing bad. The resort is nice, has a selection of pools, poolside bar and plenty of places to lounge. There’s also a private beach. Overall, great stay with exceptional service. Loved the private infinity pool!

we arrived and there was maintenance work being done on the villa beside us. I asked to be moved but the rooms the available room was not nice. we were moved the next day. we were given a voucher for inconvenience. Manager was not available to talk to us or didn't respond to a message. Communication on this would have been appreciated..

Very Disappointing

Very unbalinese attitude from the hotel eg 1. Kettle in the bedroom with coffe and tea supplied but no milk or powdered milk-if you wanted milk they charged you the same price as a cup of tea or coffee from the restaurant. 2. Unhelpful reception staff with no idea what there is to do locally. 3. Plenty of waiters around trying to sell drinks during ordinary hours-they disappeared during happy hour. 4. I was leaving the hotel at 7:30am so settled up my bill at 10pm the night before. They insisted on coming straight round and emptying the minibar and taking away with them, making me feel untrustworthy and like a thief: they had an impression of my credit card so why do it? 5. When I settled up my bill I paid in cash. They did not have the correct change to give me and insisted that it was me that should be shortchanged-ridiculous. 6.they insist there are an eco friendly hotel yet they are perfectly happy to allow smoking in the restaurant-which May be legal in Bali but it is frankly a disgusting habit and shouldn’t be allowed in restaurants out of courtesy to the vast majority of clients, who don’t smoke.

This hotel is gem! The staff was from greeting to farewell always extremly friendly and helpfull. I stayed in room 11 a garden side lodge and absolutely loved it. Very spacious room with big windows all around and beautiful view of the lush garden. The infintiy terasse pool is breathtaking, but as quite busy (influencers, groups of people and childern) I prefered to stay at the hidden pool which I think is even a bit nicer, as you can see the beach and listen to the birds of the forest and the waves of the sea. I loved the pool service - super friendly as always. Great juices! The restaurant was excellent! Hands down the best food I had all over Indonesia. Good variety of meals. Great and healthy breakfast joice too. The view is breathtaking. One night there was a band playing, which made a good atmosphere. The Spa location is very unique with little huts above the sea. A shame you dont really see the view while facing down or up having a treatment. But you can hear the waves, which is very calming. The massage was normal balinese quality, nothing speial though. I had better ones. Overall prices clearly higher than at other places on Bali, but I guess you pay for the whole experience. The only thing I missed is a free water supply. You have one 1 liter bottle in the room, which gets refilled when they make your room. But if you only stay two nights it will only get refilled once. Which is not enough... Overall a great experience and I can highly recommend!

Resort tranquillo, curato anche se in alcuni dettagli avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, personale molto gentile, cibo selezionato e buono. Acqua del rubinetto non potabile. La struttara è posizionata su una strada privata, non molto sicura, di proprietà degli abitanti della zona che abusivamente si propongono per trasportarti con la loro macchina.

チェックアウトをしてグラブタクシーを呼んだもののローカルの人が出てきてタクシーを追っ払ってしまう。夜中は大丈夫だそうだが、どうしてもチェックアウトは昼間なのでこの施設専用のタクシーを使わないといけないが、料金は通常より2.5倍ほど高い。 grab、ゴジェックなどのタクシーを利用の場合、メイン通りまで大きい荷物を運ばないといけないのですごく不便であった。買い物は近くのスーパーが1kmほどのところにあるのでバイクでないと大変。施設内は秘境感があり、清潔。スパはココならではの体験ができるのでとても良い。バランガンビーチも近い。歩こうと思えば歩ける。自分で運転が出来るなら車で行けば良いが道中道が狭いので運転は疲れる。

Hotel tres bien situé avec une vue superbe la restauration est tres bonne je ne mets pas tes bien car il serait bien d avoir une bouteille d eau en plus (1/jour) car nous étions 2 pers et l eau n est pas potable 1 seul passage /jour dans la chambre et pas assez de serviettes éponge seulement 2 grandes et 2 petites pas de peignoir et eau chaude consommée au bout de 5mn ceux sont des détails qui pourrait améliorer l état des chambres qui sont tres belles le gérant et le cuisinier sont français et sympathique ce qui nous a bien aidé tres bel endroit avec plusieurs piscine et petite plage privée on y retournera sans hésiter

Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Der Pool und die Aussicht ist das klare Highlight. Wir hatten zuerst eine Gardenside Lodge. Diese ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad hat mehrere Mängel aufgewiesen. Die Hütte war leider sehr durchlässig sodass viele Tiere reinkommen
