Poor Reception and Clueless Workers
Well, the bottom line was, it was not well run. A sweet young woman running the place, but clueless. No hot water in bath, the television did not work, room was noisy, and when I went out to dinner and returned at 9:20 p.m., I was locked out of the hotel. Had to get a neighbor to call them to let me in. Thank god I speak Spanish. I got apology and got no welcome when I first arrived. Just, what's your name, and here is the key. Just needs a good manager, otherwise nice hotel.

Super opción de Valladolid
Todo el personal, te trata de la mejor manera, es un hotel que tiene instalaciones escondidas, pero que aportan mucho al huésped, tienen un área para que tu puedas preparar tu comida, tienen frigo bar, y demás cosas de cocina. Esta localizado a unas cuadras de la terminal de autobuses, por lo que puedes caminar sin problema con tu maleta para llegar a el. Si quieres tambien, te ofrecen la renta de bicicletas, que para andar en Valladolid por las distancias de las atracciones creo que si vale la pena rentar. Eso sí, del internet no pidas mucho les falla constantemente, pero sinceramente no lo requieres, puesto que vas a descansar y perderte de la realidad. Una felicitación a todo el personal, te hacen sentir en casa, muchas gracias
