We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Hotel and would definitely stay there again. Very family friendly with lots to do, beautiful, friendly and helpful staff. The pool is incredible! Very close to Waterbom (we walked there) and lots of shopping nearby. Best holiday ever 😊

Hard Rock Hotel is perfect for family holidays with children. Happy with the facilities, friendly service and pools with a various slides, fully functioned kids club, food quality is very high. We liked everything!

For the price we have paid, very overpriced, dirty pool with hairs( daily in pool!), plasters etc not cleaned well at all. Food at pool
Area sat for 10 min one day before being acknowledged, for 4 basic meals and 4 drinks cost 910,000 ridiculous especially when the quality of food was so bad! I will never stay here again and will most definitely return to our previous hotels that cost less but better service, food and cleaner. It’s a shame as we stay here 12 days and cost so much and the lack of attention is evident, just another big chain who charges a lot for terrible quality.

Another great stay!
Can’t fault this place, which is why we’ve stayed so many times. Great for kids and younger folk and older alike. Amazing outdoor pool - maybe one of the best in Bali, great buffet breakfast, nice rooms with a large bathroom, top staff and right across from the beach. It might seem a little pricey but once you experience the property, you’ll soon see why. Highly recommend. Thank you HRHB!

We loved the Hard Rock hotel! The staff are all very welcoming, so nice and helpful.
It is ideal for kids with a fantastic pool and activities.
The buffet breakfast has everything you can wish for.
Very convenient location, walking distance from Beachwalk shopping center and Waterbom park.
