一つの残念。
宿泊、設備などの環境は良かったです。 ただ一つ、駐車場料金がスタッフさんから言われた料金でなく高い金額でした。駐車券処理が未処理だったかわかりませんが残念でした。 当日１２時台入庫、翌５時台出庫です。

禁煙室なのにタバコ臭
何度も使わせて頂きいつも満点評価をしていましたが、今回は1点だけ不満が有りました。 禁煙室なのにタバコの臭いが部屋に染み付いていたのです。部屋を交換してもらうまででは無いか、と思い我慢して泊まりましたが、翌朝には衣類、荷物の全てのものに臭いが染み付いたので、最初に変えて頂くべきだったと後悔しました。 悪いのは前に泊まった方ですが、ホテル側も清掃時に気付いていたはず。
