The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. The air condition works pretty good. The bathrooms are nice. It's clean. But the walls are thin. You can hear people talking in any room your wall touches. Room 129 is the worst. It's right next to the office off of the main lobby & people are in there talking very loudly well after 11 PM. The door to the office can also be heard slamming at all hours of the day. We asked to move rooms but everything was booked the first 2 nights of our stay. The last night they did move us into another room, which was super quiet. But we had to wait about 3 hours in between cleaning to get into it. The bar & waitstaff were super nice. And the men working the front desk were really nice. The girls were not as welcoming or helpful. We also asked for washcloths our first night because the bathroom did not have any. 45 minutes later, someone brought us hand towels. We wound up going to the cvs and purchasing our own wash cloths. Then when they switched our room on the third night, there was 1, singular, washcloth. So the hotel did own some, just not enough? For being considered a "luxury" hotel, the staff did not make us feel welcome. And something really should be done about the amount of noise you can hear through the walls. Especially next to the office. Not sure if we would stay here again next time we're in San Juan
