8/10 Very good

The room was clean and comfortable. There is ample parking. The swimming pool was good. The bar was nice but the food is over priced. There were several noisy functions but we didn't hear anything in our room.

My stay was great, room was clean and quiet. Would benefit from having aircon. Would definitely stay again though.

8/10 Very good

The rooms was big, a bit dated in places, crack tiles in bathroom and chips on the wood. Good nights sleep and 25 minutes to Cambridge centre.

Comfortable spa hotel 10 miles from Cambridge. Friendly staff in restaurant. Ok menu for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of parking. The only negative was a very hard mattress on the bed.

It was a good place to stay while visiting family.

6/10 Good

The rooms in the hotel need an upgrade. Whilst the communal areas are nicely maintained, the bedrooms are tired. The side of my bath was hanging off, the plug was broken, and the mattress was the hardest I've ever slept on. The heating didn't adjust so the room was boiling. However the staff were all lovely and friendly and breakfast was good.

6/10 Good

I am of average height, however there was nowhere within the room I could hang my trousers straight. The breakfast was good with a great variety. The scrambled eggs were done to perfection, not overcooked. Good idea to have them cooked to order.

6/10 Good

Receptionist excellent 👌 some staff in restaurant was good but some was poor breakfast was just every single day the same never enough fillings having to wait for something to be brought out then food was cold always something you had to wait for dinner they bring the food then u have to wait for cutlery once again going cold food in restaurant was ok but expensive The pool was used up by children learning to swim and it was very dated and not very good for the amount of people in there so I felt this was not worth the money for staying as you could not use the pool at full capacity at all I would say this hotel was 3 star not 4 the floors was dirty coming down in the morning I use a lot of hotels and I would class this has basic

All good, nice room. Good breakfast

Spacious rooms with relatively new upgrades to be sure — so no complaints in room experience. Staff are absolutely wonderful, too. Please note that the property is a dated 1990s layout and architecture and styling. It’s all in serviceable, acceptable condition — just a few decades dated.
