Staff were helpful…The guy who picked us up in the free shuttle , James, was a great fella

8/10 Very good

Overall I give it a 7 out of 10 rating. Maine issue was had to ask for a clean shower curtain because the one in the room was nasty and smelly. The carpet needs to go ASAP. They smell very bad. They need to upgrade furniture in room. Very outdated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was expecting more of this hotel and suite.

6/10 Good

The property needs some TLC, our bathroom door had water damage along the bottom. There were not enough towels and washcloths for our 3 person party, but they gave us everything they we needed. The phone in the room did not work so contacting the front desk had to be done in person or call on your cell phone. The bathroom floor was squishy and the tiles were starting to come up. The bedspreads were stained with some kind of yellow stain, but the beds were clean and comfortable. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. The airport shuttle does not start until 5AM so if you have an early flight, you will need to taxi or rideshare.

The room is clean & comfortable. Staff was just ok but i checked in late and left early so not too much interaction with staff besides night shift who didn't care much about being there.
