DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! IT’S A RISK TO YOUR HEALTH!
DO NOT STAY HERE! First of all, the lobby looks NOTHING like the pictures. Very dark and dingy. Immediately upon entering the lobby there was a strong smell of mold. I’m a mold remediator, so I know how it smells. Decided to see the room before we decided to stay or not. Second floor before exiting the elevator there was a strong smell of marijuana. Dark, dingy room, nasty carpet and musty smell. AC unit was rusty and nasty. I immediately went back down to the front desk and asked for a refund. Front desk attendant was nice and offered another room. I said no and asked for a refund. She said they would refund but I needed to contact Hotels.com for them to refund from their end. The Hotels.com rep was very nice and apologetic about the conditions. They were able to speak with the property Front Desk attendant and the refund was credited back to us. Bottom line, don’t be fooled by the pictures. This property has not been maintained well and, in my opinion, is a risk to anyone’s health especially if one is sensitive to mold.
