Roberto from the concierge desk was extremely helpful and super friendly. The staff in general always greets you and is willing to assist with your needs. Overall a pleasant stay - room was clean, beach was ideal for young kids since the report is essentially in a lagoon, staff was very friendly, food was delicious, grounds were beautiful and well maintained. One down side was the fact that you don’t make reservations for the restaurants for dinner - it’s all on first come first serve basis. We would wait up to 2 hours for a table and missed all the nightly entertainment.

My room had a lot of issues upon checking in, the shower head snapped off, door handle to patio door broke while opening, AC regulator was broken but the concierge were quick to send someone to fix these issues (within 15 mins of notifying them) Really good food served at zen restaurant and Ciao.
