The pedestrian-only zones make exploring a breeze with tram stops connecting you to the central station in minutes. Traditional gastropubs serve local specialities alongside Rhine wine, while boutique hotels in converted townhouses offer authentic German hospitality. Most attractions sit within walking distance, perfect for travellers seeking cultural richness without big-city crowds.

"Room was brilliant! Everything we needed! The hotel was located close enough to the main town, but far enough outside that it wasn't too busy, and was easy to find. Loved the complimentary bottles of water, cola, and apple juice. Bed was huge and comfy! Overall a fab stay! Bit gutted that we couldn't go the the cocktail bar on the top floor as it closes in January, but I guess we'll just have to come back to try it!"
