"Tuvimos un inconveniente por el desayuno. Al llegar realizamos el check in a eso de las 3am y nos indicaron que no tenías desayuno incluido que si queríamos incluirlo. Pues le indicamos que si. Al otro día nos percatamos que no tendríamos tiempo de poder ir a desuyunar el último día. Por lo que norificamos que no vamos a desayunar ese día. Si respuesta fue que no podían devolvernos el dinero que nos darían el desayuno to-go. Pues al no lograr cancelarlo, lo cual es ilógico, aceptamos. De más está decir que lo que se encontraba en el to-go no le hace justicia al precio que pagamos por el desayuno (diario). Al realizar el check out y solicitar recibo nos indicaron que no dan recibos pues realizamos la reservación por una página secundaria. Entiendo que la situación se manejó mal, ya que los cargos se realizan al hacer el check out. "
