We reserved a non-smoking room, but our room had definitely been smoked in. There were no dishes/silverware/cookware in the kitchen. The pool was nice and the room was spacious.

Area was dirty, pubes in restroom, stove showed on while off and bed had spring poking out. Cash deposit needed was strange

Room was an old studio apartment. Could tell they didn’t do much renovations to units before opening as a motel.

The room was very rundown. Refrigerator was terrible too noisy and we had to park our work truck away from the building that we stayed in. I wanted one where I could keep an eye on my commercial vehicle.

Just overall old dirty dingy unclean

2/10 Poor

I would not even check in. There was a ball of human hair on the bed. The room was super filthy with bugs coming in from under the door. It had a horrible smell and a bed that was not ok.

There were dogs barking all day in the next room. Parts of the walls were crumbling. Room was supposed to have a garden tub and didn’t. Room smelled like stale smoke.

This property didn't start needed repairs overnight & it's obviously it's not getting repairs now. It needs an overhaul. If you'd make it look better, you'd get better looking people wanting to stay there, not trashy looking people.

You'd be better off sleeping in your car
Honesty this was the worst hotel I've ever been to. I would rather risk it by sleeping in my car at a dimly lit rest area. No heat, no hot water, room was FILTHY, door had been kicked in and jerry rigged back together, no soap, no towels and half the lights didn't work. Requested an ADA accessable room and was given one that required crossing a lawn to access it.

The room is completely different from the photos. The kitchen has no basic utensils at all. The bath room is very very dirty. The lights are out of function. Request to put $100 CASH ONLY deposit during checkin for two nights already paid stay. Unsafe. Avoid this place.

Disgustingly nasty
This is the most disgusting motel I've seen. Room nasty, reeked of smoke so bad made us sick. Security latch on door broken, mattress stained and nasty. Doors and door jambs broken. Just plain nasty. To tired to go anywhere else, slept on top of sheets in our clothes. Would like to file a claim for my money back. No heat or air worked!

No bueno.
Well the pictures on the website are either really old like 5-10 years old or not the same place. Additionally there was a lot more wrong, blood smeared on a wall, unknown substance on the counter and the smell of cat urine. The staff was friendly and refunded us as this was not stay friendly. Also there was a woman screaming in the parking lot before we left, she appeared ok but was just screaming.

The place was run down and in terrible condition. There was trash in the grass that looked like it had been there a while. I never made it to the room. The office took a copy of my drivers license and credit cartd which concerned me greatly. Then they asked for a $100 cash deposit. They said I could have it back after they checked my room after I checked out.I went back to the office and demanded my money back. AND REQUIRED THE COPY OF MY DRIVERSA LICENSE AND CREDIT CARD.

This property is CLOSING in days, and the worst part is they are demanding a $100 CASH deposit at check in. RIDICULOUS! They accept credit cards for payment of room rental, but somehow won't for a damage deposit. We had to scrape up every dollar in cash we could find just to check in. (We should have just left and found ANY other hotel at this point, but we were too tired and paid up.) The property is mostly weekly/monthly renters, and very sketchy. Our "neighbors" had a big, loud, long argument after midnight that lasted until 2 AM, which woke us up and we couldn't sleep through. The only good thing I can say is the staff at check-in and checkout were very nice, polite, and apologetic about the situation. They know the place is bad and they're just hanging in to collect their last paychecks.

Door was locked from the inside - didn’t stay
The pictures definitely look much better online. Showed up on a Saturday - was told about the $100 cash deposit at arrival. It should really be noted on the bookings. The atm in the lobby didn’t work. Left to withdrawal cash. We got the keys to our room and when we got there to open it, it was locked from the inside. Someone else was in the room. This also makes me think they didn’t clean the room if they weren’t aware someone was still in it… The girl working the desk that day was totally understanding and we told her we’d rather not stay and we’d like a refund and our cash deposit back. She gave us the deposit but told us a manager would issue the card refund on Monday. Totally fine. I called back on Tuesday just to see if it has been issued and the manager Sue was totally rude and defensive. She spoke to me like I was stupid for calling to see if it had been issued. The photos are totally deceiving and you should just ignore the enticing price. Definitely not worth it.

Arrived a day earlier but had reached out and the ladies arranged a unit. Weather was 80 degrees but storm came in with tons of wind and rain the temp's plummeted. The heat in the room was not turned on and with the storm had wind blasts into the unit. There is a sliding patio door which was askew. 3/4 inch gap to nothing gap 1/2 half the down from the top. The center of the sliding door also had much air coming in the center seal was also loose and the heavy duty curtain was flailing with the whistling wind. That's bad enough but there is also one inch gap under the entry door. Stuffed bath towels in the main gaps, put cloths on to be warm and finally got the furnace up and running. Was moved to a second unit. Middle of the night the heater went down, low battery, and one can see the light completely around the unit door. One of the worst attempts to sleep in either unit ,as there were two nights with issues. Am in life a building contractor and know how things operate. I noted the sliding door had been reset in the first unit when I moved my items. Over all staff good, units need some serious consideration.

Worst Motel 6/ Motel 6 Studio I've EVER stayed at! That says a lot because I travel constantly and usually book Motel 6. I booked a Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Smoking and got 2 double beds smoking deluxe (or queen... whatever some hotels want to call it.) Listing pics for my rooms looked like the room had a nice big tub, in a nice looking bathroom, but I didn't get that. Room looked nothing like the pristine pics in the Expedia listing. Cigarette burn holes in the couch and comforters. Holes/ cracks in ceiling and bathroom door. Dirty fridge, chipped counters and toilet seat. TV turned on but only could get the guide to show. Dirty floor (wasn't swept, and probably not mopped... it's all vinyl wood flooring, and around the doorway some broken vinyl looking brick pattern.) Couch is in front of a sliding glass door- guess to deter thieves? Not enough trash cans for an extended stay type Studio 6. Broken and off the rail closet door. Missing drawer in dresser. I got tired of taking pics so I'm including some. Also weird that of ALL of the Motel 6 (I stayed in about 10 others during this month across the US), that a $100 CASH deposit was required, instead of putting it on my card. Transients on property wondering around. Parking is kinda wonky and people are parking in the fire lanes. Not enough lighting in the drive up. What kind of business is this? If you're staying for a nite & need something cheap and need only to rest, bring your own thick cover & cleaning supplies.
