The fridge in our room was warm and not cooling and there was no microwave in the space in the cabinet. Everything else about the room was great. The parking was ridiculous whether valet or garage. The breakfast was not included and was tiny and way overpriced at $18.99 each!! We went out instead. The cost of the room was very reasonable, though, so it's the extras that added up in an inflated way!

This was a lovely place to stay! We had a converted conference room and it was stellar. The only thing I have negative to say is that the night we arrived, we had 15 minutes to order food. We did but it took a long time to get and we pucked it up. When he handed us the food, it was ice cold Not sure how it came directly from the kitchen and it was cold. However, the brunch was amazing from the other restaurant.

PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE STAY AND IT'S $35 for in/out option. This was buried in the fine print by HOTELS.COM website. It's the same price to self-park or valet. (I was kinda bummed they didnt offer to plug my car in, but maybe they dont have chargers.) Check and check out were smooth, bed was super comfy, good water pressure and everything was clean and pretty quiet. If you're doing anything near OSU its super convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay but we used the valet service and found a huge, deep scratch on the back of our car. Conveniently, the ticket that would tell where our car was parked and who drove it, was not attached to our keys as it should’ve been. The valet service for the hotel has been very proactive with us, so we’ll see. Buyer beware!
