Too hot to sleep.
The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations. The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern.

When we arrived, Expedia hadn’t booked us into the hotel. So we had no reservations the hotel, even though I had a reservation number. Plus there wasn’t anyone at the front desk, had to call to get service! The girl that cam to help me was wonderful! It took her about a half hour to get us checked in by calling Expedia! Expedia still didn’t help her with our booking! This was more of a Expedia issue! Hotel was very run down from my last stay about 6 years ago! Would book this hotel ever again! Not sure I’ll us Expedia again either!

The suites are smaller but are perfect for 2 to 4 ppl. Underground parking was easy access in and out. No bbq or chairs on our patio & there was some construction but no bother to stay. Pillows are hard, beds are good & had all amenities we needed.

Nice 3 day stay
We stayed in a room with kitchen and private bedroom. It was clean and spacious. Very private, with a balcony and amazing views. I will be coming here again for sure.

Booked and paid for a suite. Then an hour before we were going to leave for Canmore I got a phone call and was told they were sold out and that we were going to be switched to a standard Queen room. After saying that was not ok and waiting for another hour we ended up with the room we booked. Gong show. Showed up and nobody was at the office. Finally found someone and after getting our room keys they didn’t work.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and was easy to get settled. Room was much smaller than I expected with no secondary seating. Photos definitely made it seem larger. While I had a great stay the price point for such a small room can be steep

Affordable and spacious.
Stay was good, unit was a little older but clean and comfortable. We were expecting two twin beds and a queen in a two bedroom but there was two queens one in each bedroom and a pullout couch. So it was fine and supported our family needs but there were no extra blankets for the pullout couch. Luckily we had an extra blanket with us. We would stay there again.

Location was good. Pullout coach was dirty with clothing and food left behind when you pulled it out the mattress was stained - gross!

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed as it was to soft and we both sunk to the middle. Other than that everything was good .

The condo was nice and was a great value for Canmore. The only thing negative thing I have to say is the bed in the condo we stayed in was horrible.

Perfect location for Banff and Kananaskis visits
The suite we stayed in is perfect for family, the kitchen is a good size. We requested for queen bed in the room but there was no available, joining the two twin bed is not the best idea. There was a little view on the first floor as they are still working on the renovation of the other rooms. I like that there was laundry ensuite, my kids mess up their snow pants when we went skii at kananaskis. Its a good location to stay if you want to explore banff and kananaskis in two daysso you dont have to go from one hotel to the next. reasonable and good size for family. We enjoyed our family break in this hotel.

Average with paid parking
The room was small, nice and clean. The door would not open easily , sometimes one needs to try 10+ times. Definitely an issue with those cards that were all laying over the receptionists desk . 2 people ahead of me were offered free parking while I was asked to pay for it. Difficult to find parking in the area. The building is shared with residents who live there permanently.

Great property. Signs in room say wait 6 hours for floor heat, not working. Electric fireplace worked, but had to turn off and on manually throughout stay, freeze or sweat if you don’t. Generally they don’t care. Exit signs dangling by a wire. No coffee in rooms, they had tea and decaf, how hard to go get coffe at grocery store. Too bad, great property poor management.

The location is excellent although some areas of the property are a little outdated. Everything is clean and tidy, and for the price point it'd be hard to do better!

It was a great place to stay. The room was pretty warm, even though it was October in Canada, but they had a fan and we opened the window for the night. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Room, bad bed
The room was nice and cozy but the king size bed was sagging badly and was propped up by a 2x4 leg. Other than that it was a great stay

Quality under renovation
The room was equipped with all modern equipment, however the thermostats did not control the temperature so it was 25° regardless of what we set. The renovations seemed so rushed Dents on the window sills from installation, a paint stain on the floor. Just cosmetic errors. The booking site does not list dog friendly, and the hotel webpage is out of date. Not all the additional stuff like the hot tubs or resturaunt are open. Would recommend calling to confirm what room you would be set up in as we had Hi way 1 outside our window droneing throughout the night as we had to leave our windows open all night.

I needed a place to rest my head before a 4am wake-up call, so didn't want to spend a fortune. The Windtower fit that bill nicely. There was some noise transfer, the room was just ok, and the bed wasn't all that comfortable - but you get what you pay for.
