The staff, the food, the views from our room were all amazing!! We had an amazing time at this hotel and all the staff (from the check in, the cleaning staff, the bartenders, the staff in the buffet and restaurants) treated us so nicely!!!

Nice hotel. Check in was easy. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The food at the buffet was OK, I feel it could of been better. We did Habachi at Barcelo Palace and it was delish! Overall we had a good time. I will definitely be back to Punta Cana!

Room was cleaned daily. Fridge one the room filled up daily. Towels sheets also changed daily. Service outside the room was excellent. Even after check out the service stayed the same as the day I walked in.

The resort was beautiful although it could use some updating everything was still
really nice. The food was delicious and there were plenty of choices for restaurants. The beach was beautiful and they offered free kayaking and catamaran boats. They let us know early on about excursions we could go to and activities going on in the pool and beach every day. In the evenings they also had shows we could also attend.

The service at this resort is unmatched….I felt like VIP my entire stay!!!!!! I will only book and refer people to this resort anytime I visit Punta Cana. From the premium check in to premium check out OMG words can’t describe it. Please if you ever plan on visiting don’t hesitate to book here. I stayed in the adult resort but visited the others. You will not be disappointed ❤️❤️

I have stayed here for the past few years and cannot say enough on how beautiful the beach is, the pool is refreshing and best, the staff is amazing and if you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place! The train to the family side is always a fun ride. Something for everyone at this property. Golf, soccer, baseball, pools, beaches, casino, food, and amenities like spa. Always treated very well! Staff is like family!

We stayed a week in the hotel, the staff was great and the buffet has great options. I would only really complain about the cleanliness of the room, specially the bathroom, where there was hairs in the bathtub, water marks in the mirrors and old toothpaste in the sink and hand towels. Would avoid the Sport Bar Buffet as there was a bug on the burger buns. Something else to be aware, we booked Diving and our transfer could not come inside the hotel to collect us, as they did not worked with the Hotel, so we had to pay for a cab 10 dollars to take us to the entrance of the hotel. Overall, we had a great time and lots of fun despite this.

I would rate my stay at this resort as average at best. The rooms are in serious need of maintenance — there were exposed electrical wires in mine, which felt unsafe, and the pillows were very poor quality, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The food was also hit or miss — mostly average, and on a couple of occasions, it wasn’t even fully cooked. The beach was the biggest disappointment. It was covered in piles of seaweed that smelled terrible, making it impossible to swim or even enjoy a walk along the shore. The only highlight of my stay was the staff. They were kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, while the service was great, the condition of the facilities and the overall experience left much to be desired.
