Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Such a beautiful hotel, it felt very luxurious. The room was spotlessly clean and we were lucky enough to have a great view of the stadium. Excellent Hotel in a great location.
Excellent hote with modern, soacious and comfortable room. Lovely bathroom, great facilities. The spa however comes at an additional cost, which you would expect for treatments but I thought they had a pool and it turns out to be a hydrotherapy pool so not included with the hotel stay which was a disappointment. I didn't eat in the restaurant other than for breakfast which was excellent with a good choice of food from the buffet. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel was in a good location only a short walk to Cardiff Arms Park and the town center with loads of bars and restaurants.

Special hotel in heart of Cardiff. Rooms very comfy, great bathrooms, linens and towels. Fantastic Spa, clean, high end with various services. Wet spa looks amazing. Did not use, though. Buffet breakfast fantastic w friendly staff. Ding: Check-in at 4pm pushes limit of reasonable and they use every moment of that. Many people waiting to check-in, my room available at 4pm sharp.

Nice but inconvenient
The hotel is a recently renovated post office. It has an old-world charm and is very comfortable. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. However, there is no way to drop off bags and no parking close by which was very disconcerting, especially for tourists with luggage. While the room was beautifully fitted, they only window overlooks the bar with live music until late night.

Decidedly average, was probably lovely 10-15 years ago, but in need of updating now, breakfast was poor for the price, room service food was cold by the time it arrived (although still nice food) probably just need to invest in some hot boxes or something.
