Easy check-in and check-out. Lobby is clean and open, and the room was clean and well maintained (didn’t look too worn). I wish the pillows were a little bit thicker and wish that there was more than one blanket, or at least a thicker blanket provided per bed, but otherwise beds were comfortable and the double queen room was a good size for four. Shower and bathroom were quite nice. Good value and very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and reasonably available, no complaints here really. Room was okay, shower needed a comprehensive cleaning with new caulking to really look nice and clean. Room was not facing the elevated train but area is still loud with car, siren, and general street noise. I found it hard to sleep well there due to the noise. Location very convenient. It worked for what I needed but I don't need to stay there again.

The gentlemen on the front desk team were very helpful, hotel is very clean and a nice space for a few days stay. There was some noise from the train, but if you play white noise in the room it would effectively drown it out- the most disruptive thing was really street noise more then the train. Overall I would stay here again though if I was in the area, based on the cost/comfort factor.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and caring. They were top notch. The thing that was annoying and keeping us up at night was the subway. It was so loud in our room which was on the 5 th floor and window towards the subway. The other thing that kept us up was there was a bar across the street so a whole bunch of drunk people screaming and hollering outside anywhere from 12 AM to 3 AM..

A very strange hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean, decent sized rooms, but lacks any details or amenities to make the property comfortable or appealing. Thin, cheap towels; scratchy toilet paper, no bottled water on the premises. No drain on sink…had to put a washcloth over it to keep things from falling in.limited cable tv channels. Room was cold…Had to ask for a blanket. Staff was pleasant. It is a stripped down hotel offering only the basics. I was asked for a $100 amenities fee when I checked in. A bizarre request since there are absolutely no amenities!

This is a solid, okay hotel choice for a quick stay in Brooklyn. Overall, it’s a clean property but there were some unpleasant smells that we didn’t like. The staff was nice and we liked that the room had a microwave and fridge.
