We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Being new to international travel we learned a lot. But we were on a 16 day trip in Europe and Expedia had this hotel listed as having a guest laundry. It did not. The nearest laundry mat was an outdoor situation in a gas station lot with no where for us to sit and wait for the wash and dry cycle. But it was a lovely hotel and all the staff were great.

From the moment of check in there was a feel of professionalism and I told the lady it was a friendly check in.
