Great location, very close to the Old Town, and an overall enjoyable stay. The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. They helped us arrange transportation to the airport and even made sure breakfast was prepared for us because we had an early flight. The hotel breakfast itself was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only reasons I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 are that the bathroom felt a bit outdated and the room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. Overall, we had a very good experience and especially appreciated the excellent service and convenient location.

Great location, outstanding concierge and other staff, excellent breakfast. My annex room was large and overlooked a small grove of trees, so a bit more green nature than bright light. It was very peaceful, calm and quiet despite being an easy walk to the busy high season streets of the old town. Mobility tip: You can avoid a lot of stairs walking to the old town by asking the concierge how to use the garage entrance.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel property immaculate, the breakfast outstanding with foods to meet anyone's taste, and possibly the highest praise goes to the staff.
