Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and overall had a good stay. However, there were major issues with our check in on the Saturday afternoon- from waiting almost 2 hours (past check in time of 4pm) for our room to be ready, being promised an upgrade for the time and not receiving it, and then having someone else walk into our room after he had been assigned the same room. It was one of the worse check ins I have ever experienced. We were eventually given a room upgrade on the Monday evening, which we accepted and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms (both before and after upgrade) were great.

Tredje året i rad under Örebrocupen. Mycket bekvämt hotell, fint rum med utsikt på sjunde våningen, trevlig bar/restaurang. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Återkommande gäst! Praktiskt boende, fräscha rum och mycket fin frukost. Var uppmärksam på parkeringen, det är rörigt med olika automater! Det är dock förtydligat sedan sist vi bodde här.
