Wonderful stay...
Excellent location, our room has a view of a canal. There are no elevator, so we had to haul our luggage upstairs. Room was comfortable, staff was very friendly with great recommendations to local restaurants.

Hospitality was amazing!
We stayed here for two nights while touring Venice. The guy at the reception desk was so so helpful (unfortunately I forget his name!). He gave us a map and a personalized write up of places to eat, things to do, places to go while there. He was very welcoming the entire stay and made sure to reach out before we checked in to ensure the directions to the hotel were clear. The room was small but we didn’t need much else. There was a bottle of champagne and snacks waiting when we arrived. Highly recommend this place!

Fabulous and wonderfully priced!
Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. They helped us with our bags which was a Godsend after a day of traveling and going up and down steps. Beautiful room with an amazing view of the canal. Great restaurant suggestions and helpful with directions. We will be returning to this hotel many times in the future!

Just dreamy! Right on the canal with a beautiful room ! I opened the window one morning and someone was singing “Volare!” So awesome! Close to everything. (Stairs up to the room are steep is the only downside) Highly recommend

Lovely Hotel and Stay
We spent a few days in Venice before heading to Rome and could not have chosen a better location to stay. The concierge had a key waiting for us and provided us with a map of the city and recommendations for places to eat and visit. The room was the perfect size and was clean and provided amenities necessary to stay for a few days. Definitely highly recommend this hotel. While no restaurant in the hotel, there is no shortage of restaurants in the direct area.

Beautiful hotel.
This is one of the cutest hotels I have stayed at so far. It was in a perfect location and right off the Gondola. The room was Venetian styled and so cute. The only downside was the shower curtain. I would highly encourage them to change the shower curtain as it had a little mold build up from the humidity. Other than that absolutely no complaints!

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They bend over backwards to help you, and give you free water, drinks, always offering suggestions on how to help plan your meals and sightseeing. Excellent staff greeted us and ensures our room was cleaned right away even though we arrived 2.5 hours before check-in. The gentleman also was so helpful recommending nearby places, bringing out a map and highlighting recommended paths, bars (cafés) with views over the water, and sites. They also provided us with a list of restaurants. Excellent location within walking distance of St Marks Basilica and more, and of course it's Venice so views, sunset, sunrise, bridges, water, churches - everything was beautiful. Hope to go back one day! Be prepared for a staired entryway if accessibility is a concern. Loved this hotel and our stay!
