Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff.

We did find our room too hot and there was a droning noise on and off all night which wasn’t related to the room itself. We mentioned it to the staff on check out and they immediately said they’d investigate. Excellent customer service throughout our stay.

My son and i were there for a short break. The concept of the hotel and the rooms are absolutely stunning. We loved every minute of stay. The amenities in the room, the comfy bed, spacious bathroom room size is great. To wake up to a delicious in room nespresso coffee with a top quality biscuit and ferrero chocolate, fantastic. Would definitely highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Special thanks to Marina for the wonderfully warm welcome and attentiveness to our comfort during our stay, also for providing us with helpful information about the area. Had a 3 night stay, room very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but the hot water tap for drinks I think is dangerous, and the instructions on how to use it are inadequate. I had to find someone to help. One of the lifts is out of order, and from we were told has been for a while. Other than that, no problems. This is a great hotel, perfect for being close to the center of the city and the train station is an easy short walk too. If we come back to Oxford, we would stay here again.
