Gorgeous hotel, recently refurbished rooms, incredible service. The Don Geppi restaurant was a particular highlight! Photos honestly don't do it justice and the hotel was, unlike much of bustling Sorrento, very peaceful and tranquil

10/10 Exceptional

We loved staying at Majestic Palace!! It was nice to be a little outside of Sorrento and in the Sant'Agnello area -- it was not crowded or overrun at all, even in the middle of June. Majestic Palace was clean and beautiful -- our terrace view was to die for and we loved having a pool and restaurant on site, as well as being walking distance to cliff-side restaurants and an elevator down to an incredible beach club.

This was our first time staying at the Majestic Palace hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us and make sure that we had everything we needed. The feeling of the hotel is very relaxed, and it is truly a “destination hotel.” I would also highly recommend the Michelin star restaurant, Don Geppi, that is located in the hotel. We had dinner there on our final night in Italy, and it was an incredible experience!

We enjoyed our stay here, the pool and rooftop bar were great amenities as well as the inclusive breakfast. Only complaint was the beds are uncomfortable and its two single beds pushed together.

Clean property, helpful staff but 2 of us had our room safes not open and 1 had a water pressure problem. The rooftop bar is great, as was the poolside restaurant and morning breakfast.
