We loved staying at Majestic Palace!! It was nice to be a little outside of Sorrento and in the Sant'Agnello area -- it was not crowded or overrun at all, even in the middle of June. Majestic Palace was clean and beautiful -- our terrace view was to die for and we loved having a pool and restaurant on site, as well as being walking distance to cliff-side restaurants and an elevator down to an incredible beach club.

This was a stunning place to stay, and we are so happy we picked here. The staff were exceptional and attentive. I am gluten free and there were plenty of choices at breakfast, and for lunch and dinner they do gluten free bread, pasta and pizza, and the waiter that we had also remembered I was GF after one meal! Our room was incredible, we had a superior balcony room with a view of Mount Vesuvius- which was an unexpected surprise. Our room was cleaned everyday, and the whole place was immaculate. The food was amazing, the cocktails are incredible. The pool is so lovely as well and had options for loungers in the shade which was great for us. You get towels for your whole stay that you return at the end to use in the pool. The location was good- lots of places to eat and drink nearby and only a short 15/20 minute walk into Sorrento. I would recommend for anyone to stay here if you want be just outside of the hustle and bustle, it was incredibly quiet and beautiful

This was our first time staying at the Majestic Palace hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us and make sure that we had everything we needed. The feeling of the hotel is very relaxed, and it is truly a “destination hotel.” I would also highly recommend the Michelin star restaurant, Don Geppi, that is located in the hotel. We had dinner there on our final night in Italy, and it was an incredible experience!

The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the bathroom with a large window and a balcony. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The were allowed to check in earlier. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The breakfast was good but not great (that was OK for us). The service was great. It is ~20 min walking distance to the center of Sorrento and Marina port and 5 min to the train station (if case you plane to visit Pompei and Vesuvius).

We loved this beautiful hotel with a 1920’s vibe. Our beautiful room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains to the west, including Mt. Vesuvius. Behind the hotel was a beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees, exotic flowers, and cactus plants. The lobby and bar areas were beautifully appointed and had ornate, colored glass chandeliers. Our favorite area was the classy rooftop bar which was staffed with white-tuxedoed servers and bartenders who delivered wonderful service. Stunning sunset views added a special touch to the experience.

We loved our visit to the majestic Palace hotel. The property is absolutely gorgeous newly renovated very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautifully maintained with gorgeous blooming and fragrant roses. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking the Mediterranean and the city. Our room was recently renovated and was just amazing with all the amenities and extremely quiet and comfortable. It was easy to walk to any place and the restaurants and bars nearby were very convenient. Highly recommend this property. The staff spoke English, and we felt very comfortable with our communication from start to finish.
