One of the worst cleaning services I’ve experience
Very poor cleaning! - found a piece of an old cake in the fridge - found a toy under the bed - found the plastic cap of a razor blade in the shower - my room was never cleaned on a two nights’ stay - Brought a tray with a hamburger I ordered at the restaurant on Thursday. Left the tray outside the room. - The tray was still there two days later when I checked out - Saw a man talking to the manager showing her pictures of mildew in muffins/brownies bought at the hotel - Food at the restaurant doesn’t match the price - Serving personnel not very service-minded

Var en par-resa med spa. Helt okej spa med olika bastu och bubbelpooler. Men tråkiga rum, ganska små sängar, varmt på rummet, litet badrum, och otroligt dålig utsikt från balkongen. Frukosten var jättetråkig och smaklös. Det tycker man ska vara det lättaste med ett hotell, att servera en god frukost. Tvn på rummet var verkligen så gammal och vi hade en bättre bild på mobilen. Personalen stack inte ut på något vis. Det som var bra var placering av hotellet och lätt tillgänglig parkering.
