The ocean was visible from the room and the spa was nice except it was in an old facility because are we doing the new one. That wasn’t explained when I booked the spa.
Rim service was very bad two mornings. We ordered food and it never showed up waited over an hour.

The hotel was very nice, and I enjoyed staying in The Cove since it was the least busy tower. It was mostly occupied by couples and families, which made it feel calm and relaxed. The room itself was quite outdated, and the shower water had an unusual smell. Overall, the food and service were good, and I had a great time.
