Carat Boutique Hotel

Amazing hotel in an amazing location with amazing and helpful staff!! can’t wait to go back!

Boutique hote fairly well located. The reception is severely understaffed, leading to unanswered phone calls and queues. Breakfast was disappointing. We would not go back.

Great service and nice hotel in superb location. Beds were super comfy. Only down-side was the air con which just didn’t cool the room enough but we were there in a heat wave. Appreciated the helpful blind receptionist who let us use the gym and shower and kept our luggage when we had an afternoon departure.

This hotel is central in the city. The staff were very helpful with suggestions of what to do and organizing a taxi back to the airport for us. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Our room was lovely and clean but could've been slightly larger for the 3 of us.

This was our first time in Budapest. We loved it, the Carat hotel is a very central location which is perfect for getting around with lots of local restaurants, bars, sights and local shops near by. This brought with it for us, a little bit of a down side as the noise levels of an evening from our hotel room made it hard to sleep (we did have our youngest child so we were going to sleep early). They have rooms facing the other side which I imagine would be less noisy. That being said the hotel was everything we needed, very clean, great breakfast and friendly/helpful staff. I would stay here again for sure and we just fell in love with Budapest. So much to do and see. The hotel was a lovely little piece of heaven in the centre at times as guests can avail of free tea, coffee and juice to revive you from your day of sightseeing, this is available all day, a nice little added touch.
