The hotel was clean, staff friendly & the public seating areas were extremely comfortable. The grounds are beautiful to walk round. However, the bedrooms were so hot that we needed the fan on full blast constantly, the tv in one of our rooms didn’t work despite staffs attempts to fix it & the food in the Blaney Bar was mediocre for a 5 star hotel.

Fantastic hotel, rooms don’t have air con so we’re a bit hot as I stayed in a heat wave. Windows being opened further helped but there are many flies that ended up in the room. Apart from this a lovely hotel with fantastic staff and a great bar, restaurant and breakfast. Well worth a stay.

Had a lovely stay with my husband. Staff were superb. Concierge picked up from our lodge and drove us to the restaurant since it was raining. Had a lovely meal in the Lakeside Grill. Breakfast was fantastic. Stayed in a lake view lodge suite. Very spacious. Some areas looked a little tired and could do with a refresh in the lodge.

We booked the Presidential Suite as part of our honeymoon. Upon arrival there were issues with the room. We travel regularly and stay in 5* hotels. We believe the measure of any hotel is not how they relate to us when all as it should be but rather how they handle any issues that arise. We had a senior manager arrive in our suite within 15 minutes of us raising our concerns. We decided that moving to a different room was the easiest option and this was done swiftly and without any fuss. The remainder of our stay was simply perfect. We enjoyed room service breakfast each morning. It arrived hot thanks to the small heated boxes that came with each trolley. We ate in all 3 of the hotel restaurants and the food was well presented and delicious each time. We'd particularly like to mention James, the Catalina Restaurant Manager as his professionalism and attention shown to us made our dining experience even more special. Davy, the Concierge also deserves a mention for his friendly demeanour and helpfulness shown to us. We can't wait to return for another stay.

Beautiful Hotel, setting is stunning. Bedroom spacious, modern and bright. Chocolates were a nice touch for my Birthday. Spa area lovely and relaxing. Garden Room very serene. Enjoyed the walks around the resort, Breakfast good, service very welcoming. Drove to Lough Navar Viewpoint on way home, would highly recommend. Overall a beautiful relaxing stay.
