THE HOTEL

This will be THE HOTEL I will be staying when I’m back. Service is great, place is clean, and most importantly is the convenience location. The Yu Garden is right behind the hotel with the night market and restaurants. Less than 10 min walk. Also within 10 min drive for all the luxury shopping locations. Strongly recommend for first time in Shanghai and future trips

We stayed in the hotel 12 years ago when the kids were little. This year we brought them back, and we fully enjoyed it the same way we did 12 years ago! This hotel has a very special place in our heart. Especially, I made a mistake by double-booking the room, and the service manager helped me solve the problem within 24 hours by coordinating with Expedia HK.

I love that the hotel was located in a prime location not far from the bund or yu garden. It sits on lines 10 and 14 so it makes it easy to access the rest of the city. I love that the staff was friendly very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was nice. The views were pretty good as well. The layout of the room and bathroom was nice and very clean the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and I love the small features such as the chandeliers. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
