It was very unpleasant
Whenever the room was cleaned, the amenities were not replenished. Despite requesting cleaning, it was past 5pm and the cleaning hadn't been finished so when I contacted the front desk I was told that cleaning time had already ended and that cleaning couldn't be done today. Furthermore, the front desk staff's attitude was terrible and they told me they didn't understand what I was saying, which was very unpleasant. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Great location, hotel and amazing staff.
Lovely hotel in a great location in Patong. The hotel staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help when needed. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to visit Patong. I’m heading back in April and will be booking here for my Patong leg of the journey. Only one minor comment was that I had a pool access room but it was the only room without steps or stairs into the water. You can share the steps with your neighbours though (room 150 for reference)

2nd time staying, 1st stay prior to covid so a few differences noticed. Nice addition of some pool slides and a kids swimming area. Hotel is a convenient position, close walk to beach road and OTOP market. Alternatively also an easy walk to Jungceylon/Central Plaza and Bangla Road. Taxi 15-20mins to Kata Beach. Buffet breakfast service caters to a large variety of cuisines. All staff including reception, room service, maintenance and security are polite, friendly and helpful. Always smiling greeting guests. Tried room service, meals were tasty but as we were 6th floor wasn’t the hottest meal. Happy hour cocktails by the pool, but probably didn’t utilise this as much as I would have compared to places that you can scan a QR code by the poolside table etc. Another pleasant stay 😊

Convenient location, rooms clean and good size, however no distinction between base room and high end other than TV screen and location on the floor. They wanted to charge $38000baht for a late checkout even though we had 4 rooms booked for a week and had stayed with them repeatedly for a number of years. Cons. staff will rudely kick everyone you out of the pool at 7pm sharp! swim up bar has no staff, have to wave like your drowning, (annoying). pool side lounges in need of repair or replacing. Bathroom shower had extensive Mould (requested a room change). Pros. room air con works well with an outside temp at 36 degrees. Reception staff are friendly and respond promptly.
