Overall a good stay, being a conference centre it was a little noisy until the bar closed. The restaurant and the staff working there was very good, they were very busy but remained attentive and kept me updated on waiting times. It is definitely a good idea to book your table for the restaurant prior to arrival.

We had one of the newer rooms which was lovely, my friend was allocated an older one and the difference was noticeable. Request a newer renovated room. Lovely hotel, slow bar service but food was good when it arrived and we wasn’t too fussed as it was a relaxing stay for us so no rush.

We stayed for 2 nights at the weekend. Really comfortable stay and breakfast was very nice. The only thing that let it down was our bathroom, cracking in the bath panel and sink and general tiredness of the decor. Staff were all so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you.

8/10 Very good

Eastwood hall is set in 26 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, so it was an impressive start. Reception staff were a little dismissive on arrival, Room was comfortable, leisure centre facilities are adequate but cleanliness unfortunately tarnished our stay.

Everything was great, only thing that stops it being excellent was just getting woken up a few times by doors slamming. Some quiet door closers would solve this!
