Great family holiday
A great resort for a break away - whether a family trip or just with friends. The resort is located very centrally but once inside you are in a tranquil and secluded hotel with multiple restaurants, bars and pools. The food was amazing at every restaurant and the staff were all really lovely, especially the room service staff. The beds and pillows were great and room amenities excellent. Overall terrific stay and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, pays attention to every little detail, provides an experience for the family and children. Kids club with perfect staff, who even made sure to have a farewell party for the kids. Facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The only downpoint is the peak breakfast time is mayhem. The breakfast team do a great job organising residents. But some nationalities don't believe queueing applies to them and just walk in and sit at a table. Avoid 9.00am to 10.00am for breakfast if possible. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Stayed with my partner for 3 nights. Loved it here. The resort and pools are beautiful. Buffet had something for everyone. 3 minute walk to the beach behind the property. Walking distance (5-10 mins) to all the action but a nice quiet resort tocome back to sleep.Highly recommended

5 Night Stay
Reception was spacious but not very enthusiastic, and he spoke so fast and mumbled the information of the resort that I could barely follow along after being on a flight and taking a taxi for an hour long ride. The room was not what I was expecting for a 4 star hotel. It was outdated and needed to be refurbished. There were amenities for use in the room and multiple free bottles of water so that was nice otherwise not worth the money if it’s a 4 star resort. While checking out, the lady and the reception seemed like she wanted to not be there and work. Did not greet and only responded in short sentences which I’m not used to since that is usually not the service given in Thailand.
