I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Juliet Hotel in Lafayette, and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel exudes a sense of heritage and glamour that immediately sets it apart. My room was exceptional—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I slept extremely well, which speaks volumes about both the bed quality and the overall peaceful ambiance. The surroundings were just as impressive, with plenty of dining and shopping choices all within easy walking distance. Great staff, but too many problems with hotel

Website says breakfast but there was no breakfast. No equipment in gym, no shampoo/etc, keurig didn’t work, AC was inconsistent, several lights didn’t work. Room wasn’t ready well after check-in time. BUT, the staff were all very friendly and the hotel was clean. Beds are comfy. Great location and easy parking. Unfortunately just too many issues, so we won’t be staying here again.

The tv is small(25/27 inch). If you hit a certain light switch the tv turns off. They don't tell you this, i had figured it out. There was no air-conditioning on the second floor lobby area, the heat was unbelievable. My room was clean, and comfy bed.

Free breakfast made to order was on the website. No such service exists. There's a Keurig in the room with ONE POD. We've been on the phone with the front desk for quite some time attempting to get ONE MORE POD so we can drink coffee in the morning. I think hostage negotiations are less complicated. This is insane for the room rate. Pool and hot tub are FILTHY. The only nice thing I can say is that the location is fantastic. I will NEVER stay here again.

There were several lightbulbs that were out in our room. There were also no bars of soap for the sink or the bathtub. The property was small, well maintained and quiet, so that was a plus. Also, there were no vending machines for drinks or snacks…and that was needed for guests.
