Ok, for a night.
The location felt a bit iffy - in an industrial area. Yet it was easy to drive downtown for dinner. I’m not sure if there was bus service. If not, one would need a car or taxi. There were many offerings for breakfast, including eggs which we appreciated. The coffee however, came from a machine and had a weird taste.

Walkable to the old town, staff- especially Luigi, were exceptionally helpful and patient with our minimal Italian. The breakfast buffet had a great range and made for a satisfying start to the day. The Holiday inn express had its quality it’s known for, the breakfast was amazing! But we could not secure a taxi and had to walk 20min with luggage to the hotel that was far from everything. It’s great if you have a car, but we did not, and public transportation stops long before the hotel. The staff were able to arrange taxis for the rest of our stay.

The Hotel is nice and clean. The room was a good size and nice. The only thing is the walls can be a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has a nice menu. Everything is a 4 or 5 minute drive or the front desk will call you a taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

Not to expensive and good distance to the center. However TV broken in the first room, second room someones elses socks on the floor, Airco not woking. Measured it, it was 24 degreed while set on 18 or 14 of 10. Doesnt matter. Breakfast the weirdest things. You had to cook your own eggs, according to the in 8 minutes. Should have been 16. Bread not ready available, butter not in sight etc.

Good Parking
This Hotel has good parking for large vehicles. The man at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi in the room was not good. We ate in the restaurant and the waiter was very good and was also there at breakfast. The man and woman on reception at check out were not so friendly and quite dismissive when we were trying to get Wi-Fi in the reception area. Couldn’t be bothered to help.

Reserved a double bed got a twin bed instead when I asked for a double bed I got a single "big" bed, In fact I got a accessible room with a larger than usual single bed. Hotel is non smocking and has detectors in each room so people are smocking in the corridor. When I complained about the obnoxious smell in my room I got told that nothing could be done... Third night out of 4, my car was broken into and stuff in the trunk got stolen ( nothing was visible from outside). No camera on parking. I left before the end of th reserved trip and didn't get charged for the 4th night. Restaurant is medium. Staff is ok but not really helping.
