Tosei is a very very inexpensive hotel to stay at relative to its 4.5-star rating.
However, it is a very small room for 4.5-star ammenities isn't what you might expect of a luxury hotel. I am comparing the hotel relative to higher-end hotels (those bigger names with franchises as a benchmark for the star rating)
This hotel feels more like a 2/3 star hotel that is very very business-focused, so it might be good for a 1 or 2-night stay for travelers that want a cheap stay.
My experience there was pretty meh, the staff there did not clean the sheets daily. (Towels and bathroom amenities are changed)
The toilets are similar to the airplane, with a plastic sink, bathtub, and walls. The toilet walls are plastic printed tiles which give the aesthetic of a higher-end hotel but the materials are off.
The location is great, you can see the subway/railway from the hotel with a mini-mall with a variety of food nearby.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are tight on your budget, but be warned this isn't 4/5 star.
