Amerigo and all the other staff were incredibly friendly and helpful which made our time in Ischia all the better. It is away from the main town, but it’s worth it for the amazing views we had from our terrace. Amerigo helped us understand the local buses and offered lifts into Forio if we needed one. The restaurant next door was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

We booked this stay last minute while in Italy, the views from our balcony were incredible. The transfers to forio and all around helped fill our stay with incredible memories. We got info of things to do and what buses to take, which helped us get around the island. When I got sick the whole family helped us out and we are tremendously appreciative! The food at the restaurant below the hotel was delicious. We felt safe and well taken care of, this place is a gem and made our Ischia vacation an absolute dream experience.

Ho alloggiato in quest’hotel 2 giorni e sono rimasto veramente stupito. Camere pulite comprese di tutti i confort, per non parlare del bellissimo terrazzino con un panorama mozzafiato. A family run hotel. Pool area was nice with lovely views. Delicious food at family restaurant at the end of the short driveway. Giuseppe was one of the most hardworking people we've met. He was so helpful and attentive to his guests, Thank you Giuseppe for all the lifts.

Hotel familial avec piscine. Nous avons apprécié la chambre, assez vaste pour une famille avec 4 enfants. Jardinet devant. Petit-déjeuner au restaurant, a quelques pas de l'hôtel (avec une grande pente entre les 2). La piscine aurait besoin de plus d'entretien mais est très appréciable. Literie bonne, panorama magnifique! A 1,5 km de la plage. Parking (très) petit. A refaire? Oui!

Billederne er taget med en kærlig hånd og lever ikke op til virkeligheden. Poolen og dækket er meget småt. Værelserne små og elendige senge. Morgenmaden den dårligste vi nogensinde har fået på et hotel. Og wifi virkede først, efter at have rykket flere gange. Men personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme. Skal være opmærksom på, at lufthavnstransport betyder hentes ved færgen på øen, og ved den havn, hvor der kun går meget få færger til.

Nous avons passé 4 supers nuits à l'hôtel Poggio del sole, vue et terrasse magnifique depuis la chambre. Accueil de Giuseppe et Roberto très sympathique, ils nous ont descendus dans le centre pour prendre l'autobus à plusieurs reprises (à pied, cela prend 20min). Ils sont de bons conseils pour les visites, n'hésitez pas à leur demander ! Le restaurant propose une cuisine de qualité, ne surtout pas manquer les pasta al limone, al vongole, les raviolis de lapin et le tiramisu al limone : ces plats sont succulents. Petit déjeuner bien.

Stunning sunset views overlooking the town
Hotel located in a quiet area up in the hills. The owners Giuseppe and Kelly made our stay a happy and enjoyable. The went out of their way to make up feel very welcomed and even driving us to places that we wanted to visit. We definitely come back to the same Hotel.

Ho trascorso una notte al Poggio Del Sole. Posto belissimo, vista stupenda e personale impecabile e molto vicino ai ospiti. Al Hotel apartiene il ristorante sotto ( La Casareccia ) Ristorante buonoissimo con Camerieri Bravissimi. Il Propretario Giuseppe Porta avanti la struttura con grande Passione. L hotel ha anche una Piscina e un whirpool. Lunica cosa che si Potrebbe migliorare e il rinovo delle Piscine. Dell resto e da consigliare. ci torneremo.

Condizionatore non funzionale la vasca jacuzzi era poco funzionante la piscina piccolissima rispetto alle visioni delle foto una lentezza ai servizi tavoli molte zanzare una sera mancando l'acqua il giorno dopo la tubazione dello sciacquone non dava acqua. Forte disagio.

Thank you for Colella family hospitality We had a very pleasant, relaxing and fun time at the hotel. We especially liked gorgeous view, a pool and hot tubes at the outside area. We got a big, clean and comfortable room with a terrace. Giuseppe was very helpful in terms of transport and advice on food content (Our daughter has food allergy). We miss already the place and would like to return again.
