Disappointing room service
I stay here for the room service as a little treat on my business trips. They usually offer two different menus (one in house, one for the asian restaurant downstairs). This stay they had a very limited menu, and after calling front desk and room service multiple times without anyone picking up - I was told that the menu items that were listed on the tv menu were no longer actually on the menu. A really very disappointing experience, and will not return to stay here as it's not worth the cost.

Well located. Clean. Lovely large rooms. Expensive parking. Restaurant on site looked great but despite advertising meals till 9.30 we were turned away at 9.20 2 nights in a row. Room service unfortunately then took nearly an hour. Despite booking for 3 guests there were only 2 towels and 2 face washers, 2 mugs etc…
