We stayed here for two nights and couldn't get even a few hours of sleep. You can hear the neighbours through the vents in the room and the bathroom and through the doors - basically zero sound insulation. They also advertise that they have air con - they don't, so in the summer heat, it was unbearable. Rooms are very dusty and old, and need a full refurbishment. TV channels are only in German or Russian for whatever strange reason.
The reception staff ignored us when we arrived even though we stood 1 meter away from them - they didn't acknowledge us in any way. Also, Lithuanian didn't seem to be the preferred language.
Breakfast food was unappetising, to say the least. Old dry pastries, fresh fruit plates all empty, yoghurt looked like it was brought back from the Soviet Union.
The lift was broken on the last day and they only bothered putting a note up on the first floor. Everyone had to drag their suitcases up/down 4-5 flights of stairs.
