The location is perfect for exploring the city and well connected with buses and the metro. We loved the short walk into Ancient Rome. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily, the pastries at breakfast were lovely. Most importantly, the staff really made the stay! When asked they provided recommendations for places to eat locally and things to do, including pointing them out on a map. They were chatty and friendly and we will definitely be returning!

A little overpriced for what you get. The staff and location were nice, but the AC in the room did not keep the room cool and the showerhead in the bathroom sprayed us right in the face and was not adjustable. This is a very basic hotel but perfectly ok considering the very reasonable prices in Central Rome. The place feels a bit old fashioned and could do with a refurb, but was clean enough (not spotless). Single room was small, secure, basic and had air con and safe. Breakfast buffet was good. Very well located walking distance to everything in Rome. Staff were friendly. I paid 65GBP per night which was very reasonable so really cannot complain.

The staff was excellent, and the breakfast was your standard continental spread—bread, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, some lovely croissants, cereal, and coffee/tea. I stayed in a triple room (one “double,” which is really two twins pushed together, plus one small twin). The bathroom was tiny, but everything was clean. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Great stay in Roma

Pretty conveniently located halfway between Termini station and the Colosseum, a small cute bar perfect for a Aperol Spritz, a pub, a mediterranean quick eat and a small convenience store on the small street the hotel was on. Super friendly staff and room was great with well functioning A/C, wish American hotels was as well functioning as Tirreno.
