Nice place.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is dated but cute and clean. Still has key locks for doors - which was a bit unusual by today’s standards. Overall it was very nice. I’d stay again.

very kind reception
It was a very nice place for our first stay and journey up North. They are not 24/7 hotel for reception service. However, They were kind enough to wait for us and make arrangements upon our arrival to get into our room. (Flight was delayed by a hour and half) Very nice lady at the front desk and plenty of free parking. Breakfast not so good and very limited.

Beautiful hotel, about 25 min walk from Sorrento Train station. We got a double room with 2 balconies overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast was good and this is right next to one of the best restaurants we visited in Italy. Staffs are all polite and helpful. Unlike other hotels we stayed in Italy, this hotel doesn’t give free coffee machine in the room. Given I drink a lot of coffee, I ducked 1 star off my rating. Otherwise good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with maps of Sorrento, markets, currency exchange offices and everything else we needed. The hotel was very clean inside and outside. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Prefer St Agnello over Sorrento
This place was great. Blue and yellow color scheme is polarizing. You will love it or you will hate it. I loved it. I felt like I was in the Great Gatsby. The hotel is in a quiet location, but very close to the sea and restaurants by the sea. Even better, it is close to the Bachanal wine store, where you can buy great wine for 2 Euro per liter!

Not a pleasant experience !
Overall the hotel was nice. However, I was not pleased on how they charged €20 per day for a child breakfast. And that too given their breakfast menu was basic with limited options. Not a pleasant experience.

Only downfall was the aircon didn’t get very cool. Which was needed as it was 33 most days. And they don’t allow the key to stay in the room to let it stay cool all day.

Overall the stay was good. I’m on a mother daughter trip with my 18 year old. The breakfast that is included is ok. It does give you the opportunity to eat first before heading out for any morning adventures. My issue with the place was a couple of staff members were incredibly rude. Thank goodness the other staff were great and made you feel welcome. And 2 days the cleaning ladies forgot to refill toilet paper. Other than that, the location is ideal!! We were out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Sorrento..but can walk there in 15minutes. It’s a 3 minute walk to Marbella beach and a great place to take photos of the beautiful scenery. Extra charges for towels at the pool etc.

Probably better places to stay in Sorrento
I hate to be unkind about this hotel as the staff were lovely and the hotel was not without charm with its eccentric blue and yellow tiled decor.
However, the fittings in the room were all very outdated - key operated safe, overbath shower which you had to glue yourself to the wall to use without drenching the whole room, AC did not work (though not a problem in mid October). The breakfast was very disappointing - undrinkable tea and coffee and dry cake and croissants.
Although billed as a 15-20 minute walk to Sorrento it was more like 25-30 minutes to the centre of town and a good 10 minutes to the bus and train in St Agnello

Rock hard beds
The hospitality was bad. The staff was rude. The breakfast lady was rude and ran around very stressed and complained that we used the wrong water glass. When we brought back a pizza we were not allowed to eat in the garden (on Lady told us to not eat in the room because of ants) , towels cost one euro for the pool (the reson they gave us was that the wash them...). But most of all the beds were rock hard and it was very difficult to get a good night sleep. The asked us to pay the city tax in cash when we arrived but when we left I just gave them my card and apparently it was possible. Shady...

We would like to warn tourists not to book at this hotel, since the manager and the staff were aggressive, disrespectful and rude when raising a complaint and responding to a problem presented with the AC of the hotel room. They alleged that there was no maintenance staff to repair the unit that day and seeing that there was no immediate solution in this regard, we expressed our decision to leave the hotel and their response was completely aggressive and even with shouts, we have evidence available for those people who wish to confirm this information before making a reservation at this hotel.
From us, it is not a recommended hotel since the treatment of guests is not the best. We understand that an AC problem can happen to anyone, but the hotel's duty is to find a solution to solve the problem. Additionally, we raise complaints since it has rusty taps, cracked and poorly painted walls, and dirty bathtubs.
It is important to mention that this time of summer the heat in Italy is a lot and I recommend placing devices that are in good condition that can regulate the temperature of the room and keep it cool even when the unit is off. We really wouldn't like other people to be affected like us by the bad treatment of the staff since the main idea of vacations are to enjoy and not have a bad time.

Prisvärt hotell
Det var vårt första besök på Eliseo Parks och vi skulle mycket gärna vilja återkomma. Hotellet är mycket prisvärt med en fantastiskt hjälpsam ägarfamilj med personal, och då speciellt Antonio i receptionen som med stor värme och humor alltid gav bra tips på aktiviteter och utflykter. Hotellet har en fin trädgård med både pool, sol, skugga och många citronträd.

Independent travellers beware.
Very clean hotel with friendly staff in quiet location. However the beds are rock hard and sleeping was difficult. Unfortunately, this hotel is package tour accommodation for Jet2.com. With this came the towels on Sun beds annoyance and folk behaving as if they owned the place. At breakfast the staff tried to force us to sit on a long table with your group members. If we wanted to be part of a tour we would have booked one. If you dared to sit on table that people had sat at for a few days there was almost riots. If we had known this was a package holiday hotel we would not have booked to stay there. We travel independently to avoid scenarios like those you see in the program 'Benidorm '.

Ultima notte dell'anno trascorsa a Sant'Agnello. Posizione strategica per vedere Sorrento. Albergo non nuovissimo ma tenuto in ottime condizioni. Camera ampia, così come il bagno, ben pulito. Parcheggio a pagamento. Wifi in camera non presente. Buona la colazione. Personale gentile. Ambiente familiare.
