5 Jul 2026Property was clean, small breakfast (included) area but there was always a seat. You could also go to their larger hotel Nextdoor if you like but was not necessary. Staff were all friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Located within 20-30 minutes walking from all major monuments except Vatican City (50 min walking, 25 by train).

Problem was with noise...We were in room 402. Person(s) in room 403 took shower around midnight and woke us up for about 15 min because our headboard was next to their bath.

25 Sept 2026I was worried when, a couple of days before my trip, I got an email saying you may not be able to drive up to the hotel because it's in a Historic District, but Uber and Chauffeurs could park right in front.
And the Jazz from the Restaurant next door during the day and evening made me feel like I was in a 1950s movie. My hotel stay in Rome was the best part of my vacation.

Which was important to us.The breakfast was nice…but, our room for 190 E was very very small.

3 Jun 2026We liked the location, but the room was so small we could not even open our luggage to change clothes. we had an early flight and had to leave at 6:30 AM and breakfast which we paid for was not ready when we woke to eat. the pictures show you areas of the hotel that you do not have access to and I would never stay there again when we go back next year.
