A fantastic hotel in a perfect location close to the beach and nightlife. great distance to the beaches south and north of Patong. The staff make sure we have a good time. big thanks to the staff Nada and Film who work on the rooftop restaurant. 5 stars to them.

Good location right next to patong beach. The hotel is fairly new and feels quite fresh. The rooms are spacious. Only downside is the bathroom having a bit strange smell but the cleaning service is working hard on keeping the rooms tidy. Overall happy with our stay for a couple of nights, more than that I would aim for a hotel offering a bit more in terms of quality and service.

Good location, but not up to standard for price

A 4-star hotel should be able to assist with concierge-type requests (e.g. liaison a motorbike rental) -- don't expect much if anything from Clarion in this regard. 2k baht deposit is antiquated -- I've noticed other hotels have stopped doing this, which makes sense given they have your cc and passport copy on file but Clarion still does it. Room smelled weird. Shower was moldy, and soap dispenser did not work. Cleaning staff did not replenish bottled water everyday (yes I left daily gratuity), and they also removed our room slippers mid-way thru our stay and did not replace which is strange. Overall, it's a 2-star experience at a 4-star price.

Not good. Hotel had nothing available (no cutlery, no room service, no ice). The room was not clean- lots of old dirt stains on the glass, mirror still dirty and stains all over the comforter. Not good customer service- housekeeping would clean the room And skip the bathroom. Instead of replacing a towel the lady put it outside on the balcony to “dry it” for us. We would call for towels because housekeeping didnt come on 2 of the days we stayed there, and they would bring ONE towel 20 mins later. (There were 2 of us). Overall will definitley not be returning and not a good stay. Couldnt wait to check out

Wir haben im Clarian unsere Flitterwochen verbracht und sind fasziniert, wie gut ein Hotel funktionieren kann. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gänge sind ebenso sauber wie die Zimmer. Der Service ist sehr gut. Wir wurden super gut empfangen und waren unter den Mitarbeitern als "Honeymoon Couple" bekannt. Da unser Flug erst abends losging war der Manager auch bereit unser Check-Out kostenlos 2 Stunden zu verschieben. Das einzig negative, was ich bemerkt habe ist, dass manchmal durch den Abfluss der Dusche ein leichter Geruch durchkommt (war in unserem Zimmer zumindest so) Alles in einem —> Spektakuläres Erlebnis und klar empfehlenswert
