The hotel is set in a beautiful location,right on the shore of lake Orta. We had a room overlooking the lake that gave spectacular views . All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again at the hotel.

Amazing location and pool makes the room bearable
The location of this hotel is superb. The pool overlooking the lake is second to none and was worth the stay for that alone. The restaurant put on a great dinner as well. The actual hotel room was simple and sufficient, but the mattress had a really musty smell that kept me up for hours, until I used towels as a barrier to block the smell. The breakfast should be skipped as well. But oh that view from the pool!

Restaurant and service was really good. For breakfast an extra coffee machine would be nice due to cue of coffee hungry people. More parking lots would be nice also - especially for electric cars.

Really nice hotel and a lovely deluxe room, with a balcony right on the lake. Breakfast is great, with good quality products - however, it's the same every day. Would be nice with some changes during the week. Great 'beach'-area and a completely new swimming pool. We will be back! :-)
